Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 8 oz ground turkey
  • 1 serving turkey pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Brown the ground turkey.
  3. Combine all ingredients in an oven-safe glass bowl.
  4. Bake until hot throughout (about 15 minutes).

Ingredients

Pizza dough

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Toppings

  • 1 can shredded chicken
  • Ranch dressing
  • Buffalo sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese together for 45 seconds to soften.
  2. Remove from microwave and mix in the egg, almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Transfer to a pizza pan and bake the crust alone for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, add sauce and toppings, then bake 5–8 minutes more until the cheese is bubbly.
Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Increase heat to high and add steak bites.
  5. Cook 2–3 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
  6. Remove from heat and rest 2–3 minutes before serving.
Bang Bang Chicken

18–20 minutes at 385°F (air fryer), flipping halfway

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 1 cup flour
  • Ciabatta bread

Bang bang sauce

  • 1/2 cup avocado mayo
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic

Instructions

  1. Add whisked egg, flour, and crushed cornflakes to three separate bowls.
  2. Dredge chicken in flour, then egg, then cornflakes.
  3. Air fry 18–20 minutes at 385°F, flipping halfway through.
  4. While the chicken cooks, whisk together all sauce ingredients.
  5. Drizzle or toss chicken in bang bang sauce.
  6. Serve on ciabatta and cut in half to serve.
